Connie and Luke, I'll be honest: I've had the hardest time writing this blog post. I've known Connie since she was born and have watched her grow up. To think of her old enough to be married is just very hard for me to comprehend... and I've been a little choked up about it all! Watching her parents, our very good friends, give away their only daughter, has also been more emotional than I expected!

Luke, I have seen you and Connie together, and it makes my heart happy to see your loving friendship with each other. I am praying that the Lord richly and sweetly blesses your marriage.

I am always humbled by the opportunity to take someone's wedding photos, but doing so for Connie was very personal and special for me. Thank you both for letting me be part of this very important day in your lives. Thank you MOST for braving the artic blast we had for a few outdoor portraits! I think it's the craziest thing I've ever done for a wedding. :-) I hope we don't all end up with pneumonia.
