Grant and Tori

I met Tori last year. She was a bridesmaid at John and Megan's wedding. I was so excited when I found out she was engaged and asked me to travel back to New Hampshire for her wedding! I didn't meet Grant until the night before the big day, but I could tell right away that Tori is his world.

The May weather delivered a lot of excitement for their outdoor wedding. The ceremony had only just begun when I glimpsed Tori look heavenward, hold her palm up, and giggle.

And I knew.

Then I saw the rain drops.

And before anyone had a chance to process it, the sky dumped rain. Sarah, the amazing coordinator at the venue, never missed a beat. She was at Grant and Tori's side with an umbrella within seconds.

The wedding party and all of the guests quickly moved to a nearby, backup tent... and after a little adjustment of sound equipment, the ceremony went on. With a little thunder for emphasis.

Thankfully, despite the crazy ceremony scramble, Grant and Tori's day was lovely, and the powerful testimony of how Jesus can change lives was evident all throughout the day.
