This wedding was special to me. I've known Jay since he was 6 months old; his parents are some of mine and Ben's closest friends. I've only known Marissa for a short time, but she is so very easy-going and sweet. She gave me lots of time for photos...and that's the best thing any bride can do for her photographer. I love her already! ;-)

All kidding aside, the day was wonderful. The weather went back and forth between dark, dark clouds and rain in the morning hours - in fact, it was misting as the guests were being seated, but the sun shone brightly just as the barn doors opened for Marissa to walk down the aisle with her dad! It was an answer to many specific prayers!
